Executives
At Potter’s House Women Fellowship International, leadership is not attained through campaigns or elections. Instead, leaders are appointed based on the grace of God upon their lives, with a focus on maximizing impact, efficiency, and effectiveness.
With the exception of the Visionary and Core Executive team, all leadership positions have a four-year tenure. Unless there is an emergency or a compelling reason for a change, leaders are expected to serve their full term with dedication and purpose.
Every leader is encouraged to study, think strategically, plan diligently, create, and innovate in order to remain effective in their role. This structure ensures that the diverse gifts and talents within our fellowship — both from longstanding and new members — are recognized, nurtured, and given the opportunity to thrive.
